19 Feb 2018 Ive been using Skyrim Mod Manager up until today and when i tried all of my desired mods, none of the mods i downloaded and installed  While some drag and drop positioning is sort of available (as a way to create rules) it's not meant to allow users to put every single one of their mods in a specific spot, like Mod Organizer does.
